Tesla announced on Monday that it would implement a $1,000 price increase for all Model Y cars in the United States. 

The adjustment was confirmed through updates on the company’s official website.

New Pricing Details:

Effective immediately, the base variant of the Model Y will be listed at $44,990. 

Meanwhile, as stated on the Tesla website, the long-range and performance variants will now be priced at $49,990 and $53,490, respectively.

Previous Statement by Tesla:

In March, Tesla disclosed its intention to raise prices for all Model Y vehicles in the United States by $1,000, with the changes slated to take effect on April 1. 

This recent adjustment aligns with the previously announced plan and reflects the company’s strategic pricing decisions.
